Mads Harlem

Mads Harlem is a lawyer with special expertise in International Law, human rights and international criminal law. He currently works as a special adviser in International Law and community relations as well as a legal assistant at the law firm Nordhus & Aarø. Harlem previously worked as a lawyer and head of the political and international law section of the Red Cross. He also worked for the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in Israel and the occupied territories. Harlem has published several articles on, among other things, the Armed Forces and International Law, and he often participates in the public debate around these topics.
